Seems as though Alex and Tony's luck rubbed off a bit.

I got to the 3rd round of the box gamblers race at the Div. 5 Pro-Am at Eddyville on Saturday.

I'm pretty happy with that. I treed the first competition, and in the second round the competition red lit. The third round was against a super rod roadster that drilled the tree and ran dead on. I don't feel bad at all about losing to someone like that.

Also got my IHRA Hot Rod license so I have a permanent number.

The Pro-Am was very well attended. The pits were full by Saturday morning.

Congrats to Alex and Tony. A win at Indy has got to be very special.

See, you can teach an old dog new tricks.

Good job, so far this year you have done better than I have. That doesn't seem right.

Way to go, DV!!

Sounds like your sprout (KV) is feeling some pressure to get with the program & at least catch/keep up with his ol'Man's growing record.
