What kind and brand of tire pressure gauge do you use.I had a nice one that I've used for years. But some one lost it.
I have one of those cheap pen type. But I want to get another good gauge.SO which one do you all use and were did you get it?

Thanks

Scoop, I made my own. i think it was cheaper? I bought a good glycerin filled 3" 0-10 lb guage and a regular tire filling chuck, the long type. I got a brass tee in the middle with a button push relief valve on one side, that way you can bleed the pressure on the tire if you have too much. It's lasted 10 yrs and is very accurate. It doesn't have a fancy high dollar lighted dial though. A flashlight comes in handy for other things anyway.

Funny you should ask.I have a good Moroso gauge.I also have about 4 cheap plastic gauges that my buddy gave me from his tire shop.just for the hell of it I checked them all against my good gauge and they are very accurate so I keep one in all my cars.Summit also sells a pretty nice gauge of their own that I once had but lost it .It was like 15 bucks.

Its a good obsession to have Scoop.Saves your tires from unnecesary wear provided your alignment is good.Make sure to check the cheapo gauge against a known good/accurate one first.

They are like pens; buy a nice and you'll have it for 20 minutes, buy a cheap one and you'll have it forever.
