Oh yea BRUTAL acceleration I haven't done a WOT plug read yet, but it's really close with 70/80 jets, a 6.5 pv and 31/32 squirters (I already had those two sizes). No hesitation or bog whatsoever, just mind-bending power

Hey Alex, it's driveability is awesome after just a bit of tuning. It's plenty happy with a 6.5 pv, idles clean. As stated above, I had a 31 and 32 squirter in my parts drawer, so I gave them a try and it seems to like them. I set the pump lashes at .030 depressed, and I'll drop by the speed shop early next week for 35/37 squirters. Thanks for the baselines ------------------ 1965 GT coupe, 333ci aluminum headed/solid cammed stroker, four speed, 3.70:1 9" All Blue Oval, no blue bottle http://mustangsandmore.50megs.com/V8Thumper.html [This message has been edited by V8 Thumper (edited 04-19-2003).]

Hey, V8 Thumper: Were you able to get the larger squirters? If so, how did you like them? Could you 'feel' any difference? Ryan
