 | posted 03-31-2003 01:02 PM I took my car to the transhop this morning. It is about a 5 mile drive there.I have not had a chance to drive my that far since I did the work to it.
I can now feel the secondarys kick in now.Why would that change with the new cam.Is it because of different vacuum levels?
It also has a small stumble at half throtle.Like if I go from a stop it runs great, until I back off the gas alittle. Then I can feel a very slight stumble.

The change in vacuum has changed the signal to the secondary circut. Go up one spring color. Sounds like the secondaries are opening too soon.
 Did you get Reverse working?

All those questions are starting to pay off. He will work on it,after hours.
The trans guy just called and said.It was the reverse band, clip or something like that?
Any ways he fixed it,adjusted the trans and changes the filter and fuild, all at No charge.
I'll go get it in the morning before the snow flys I hope.

SCOOP, Great news about the tranny, sounds like things are coming together. Next time I am in town I am hoping to be able to get a ride in the " Scoop Mobile ", nothing like the smell of roasting tires in the morning JOHN ------------------65 2+2 FASTBACK

See! I told you not to worry about it Scoop. C-4's are great transmissions.

Yes you did and I was listening to you. I was told that reverse is the weak link of the C4. Do you know what part the trans guy is talking about?
