Been working with Alex on the suspension and still have some more fine tuning to do. It's pulling the front tires about 3-4" off the track. Any way it ran a 10.875 @ 123.8 mph, with a ho hum 1.56 60'er. We should be able to shave another .1-.2 off that soon. Gotta video tape it so we can study it later.

Thanks Ben,

And Ron, It'll get a h.p. boost this winter. But we gotta use the h.p. we have now before adding more. I'd guess the 10.40s to 10 flats will happen next year. It's the way we've progressed since it was a 17 second car 3-4 years ago. The car and the driver have "grown" together. Melissa knows what to expect from the car and she and the car are "on the same page" so to speak.

Steve,
The amount of change that the car, Mel and you have all been through is amazing. You all continue to lower your times and are having fun. Hopefully, you will have the traction issues ironed out real soon. Keep working it.

Beth,

You were NOT rude! You were a kick to talk to, full of life and enjoying every minute. Too bad Alex found you first. It was my pleasure meeting you.

Great Job!!!!! That 408 is really cooking. Go ahead and knock about .27 off the time then my 10.6 guess would be dead on, ha ha.

BTW what was the 1/8 mile time and mph on that run.

See ya!!

The car is a blast to drive, I'm loving every second of it, especially when I feel how good it launches off the line. Thanks Dad for doing all that you've done, and thanks to everyone else who has helped us along the way!
