got my 347 on the road today!im lost for words......................!im too scared to go past 4000rpm it wheel spins 1st 2nd 3rd!!...just love it!!!!

I can't wait to finish my '66 Mustang stroker project too. What camshaft, heads, and intake are you running and how is it all working out for you?

blue streek.........alloy dart snrs,comp cam solid flat 294, 248@ .050,560lift 110lsa,quad 44mm idf webers,.so far its doing great for me,it has a good idle 900rpms and is fairly smooth due to having 8 venturies!if ur looking for a manual box i recomend a tremmec,love it!

Thanks for the input. The webers are a nice touch!! I'm gonna try something a little less exotic. My little stroker package has a 234 @ .050, .560 lift, solid roller assy with mildly ported TrickFlow alum. heads, RPM Air-Gap intake, 1" spacer, Holley 750 HP Vac. sec., and will be topped off with a nice 15x8 billet breather tucked inside a custom fiberglass hood with a working 3.5" high custom scoop!! I'm giving my '66 a makover at the moment (50% complete), so it may be awhile before I get to set the new engine in. :-(

v8 thumper.......its in 68 coupe.been out driving it allday today ,i think there is a problem with my fuel guage!!or my right foot is too heavy!!!!
