Are there any negative side effects of having a fuel system that's significantly larger than the car needs (other than the carb)? After I'm through playing with this cleveland, I'm going to build a 460 or 385 based stroker of some kind. I'm thinking about getting a sumped fuel tank from aeromotive that comes with -10AN lines. I could either use adapters and go with -8 forward, but if it's not going to have any serious effects, I'll just use the -10 in anticipation of having much more motor later on.

funny... i was looking at a crunched Focus in the wrecking yard today (wondering how in heck they get a V8 bellhousing to clear in that swap)
The stock 4 banger fuel line from the tank to engine must be 7/16" or larger!
