I want a 2 or 3 step. Should I buy the stand-alone MSD limiter, a 2 or 3 step module, and the chips, or spend a little more and buy a Digital 6+ or Holley Strip Annihilator? Or is there another good brand I am forgetting? I really like the digital 6+, in fact "we" bought one for my son's car a year ago but still haven't fired it up yet. As long as I'm spending OPM (other people's money) that's what I'd get. SteveW

Will this one work w/ my Pertronix unit & coil? How hard is it to install? The MSD installation looks easy, but I couldn't find any install info for the Holley.

Yes it will work with your Pertronix. Yes it is easy to install. You will love the hand held controller that allows you to make changes from the drivers seat. ------------------ Alex Denysenko Co-Administrator and Moderator NHRA/IHRA/SRA member NHRA and IHRA SS/LA National Record Holder '00 & '01 Fleet of FoMoCo products Moneymaker Bio US Class Nationals link

Thanks for your help, Alex. I have done a lot of searching about this unit, but I can't find hardly anyone that has used it. That is one thing that attracted me to it. I like the idea of the hand held controller. Where is the best place to mount one? It would be hard to run the controller through the firewall since it is so big, wouldn't it?

We have three of them in all of our race cars. Many of the top NHRA and IHRA stock and superstock teams are using them now. Remember that they were just introduced last year and it takes a while to flood the market with a new product. ------------------ Alex Denysenko Co-Administrator and Moderator NHRA/IHRA/SRA member NHRA and IHRA SS/LA National Record Holder '00 & '01 Fleet of FoMoCo products Moneymaker Bio US Class Nationals link
