Well it's finally over. After 22 points races the season is done. After hanging around 5th place for the last 3 weeks in Mod (no box) I dropped to 7th the last race. Going into that race there was less than four rounds seperating 3rd from 7th. I lost in the second round (got treed)and the two racers behind me went several more round dropping me to 7th.  In Top (delay box class) I was in 6th for about the last month. I went just enough rounds last night to move into 5th. I had the chance to move into 4th, (I took out the 3rd place guy in the 1st round) but it just wasnt meant to be. The dew set in,the track got cold, and the car went hard left on me, almost crossing the centerline.  It was real consistent up till then, 6.455,6.453,6.462,6.458, 6.471(on the brakes),6.461, 6.483 (sashaying all over the track). Next week is the ET finals. They are held at a track where I am very comfortable going off the bottom bulb.

hey you..... great job... finishing top 10 in two classes is no small feat. its been a kinda-crazy year, but you have risen above it all ... and ... look at you ~shine~ ... yer frinngrrl

Rob,Great Job,,, You wrote as if you thought we would be disapointed... NOT... Like KK said, Two classes in the top 10...  ------------------
