USA Registered: Jun 99	posted 08-20-2001 06:34 AM I have a Lokar throttle cable, come to find out they do not carry the correct cable end (barrel)I need to connect to my stock pedal on my 69 Mach 1. Im looking for a place where I can find what I need. They also don't make a drop bracket for application either..universal cables huh..NOT! I don't feel like modifing my pedal end as a set screw cable end would be easier. The drop bracket I can fabricate myself. It may be a small piece I need but when you need it you need it. Mpcoluv Journeyman Posts: 68 From: Charlotte NC usa Registered: Apr 2001	posted 08-20-2001 08:09 AM I have no trouble using a lokar cable on my '69 (when I'm using my Predator carb).Do you have the large "barrel" type of thing on your pedal end of the Lokar cable? Just pull the steel cable out of the sheath, thread it though the slot in your pedal linkage with the barrel pulled tight against the pedal arm slot, and then slide it back in the sheath. I have had great luck and service from Lokar. IP: Logged
