Hey guys. are there any limitations to what block a 91 5 spd would match up with?I found one for $400 that I want to buy, but I haven't bought my engine yet. I plan to buy a 79 to 93 5.0 it would definately line up with one of those right?

Right,Just get the bellhousing with the tranny. You might have some clutch adaptions to do depending on what car it's going in. SteveW

Clutch adpatations?like what? It's going into a 1980 Mustang. From what I can tell from the housings I'e seen, the clutch is a direct thing.. I use a cable clutch.

Tyler, take a look at my T-5 swap page on my website at http://79indypace.stangnet.com/swap.htmIf it's from a 5.0 Mustang then you are fine. Everything bolts right up. It's probably one of the easiest swaps you will ever find! ------------------ Cheers, Ian M&M Member #395 ------------------- '79 Mustang Indy 500 Pace Car Ian's Pace Car Website Vancouver Island Mustang Association Website Indy Pace Car Registry of Mustangs Official Website "If you get to thinking you are someone of some importance and influence, just try ordering another persons dog around." - Author Unknown
