Roger, Tom & I will be on the 5:15am ferry from Tsawwassen (if my alarm goes off!lol) We hope to be there by 9.00am on Sunday morning. I`m not sure if I will be racing my white Fairmont Futura or not (although the slicks & spare axle are in the trunk!)So if you see a beat looking Fairmont there, stop by & say hi!

well ,as Roger saw, we were there, it was a great time. Inaugural Port Alberni drags were a smashing success, with good weather, 5000+ fans, around 200 cars ranging from a new Prowler (came from 500 miles away) to a local 200 MPH blown slingshot dragster.

What a great day, lots of cars ,lots of fans and lots of fun. Met Tom and Rory, watched some racing with my wife and kids and got in 4 passes in my buddies 70 convert mustang. Dave got in 5 passes also.We ran that tired old granada motor hard.Dave won are bet for a lunch with the fastest ET and best reaction time. Roger
