I am getting ready to buy a stall convertor for my c4.I`m thinking of buying a Tork master 2400 B&M.What do you guys think would be best for my set up?I am running 323 gears.------------------ http://ourworld.cs.com/blagintony/myhomepage/auto.html 86-302 HO bored .030 over crank .010 under, B-303 cam ,harland sharp roller rockers, performer rpm intake, 625 carter 66-289 heads, ported with 160-194 valves, 3 angle valve job, 4 speed toploader,granada disc brakes, 85 duraspark ignition, pony interior,the who,the doors,and ccr full blast on the stereo [This message has been edited by 66bluefb (edited 08-17-2003).]

I'm running the TCI Stret Fighter http://store.summitracing.com/product.asp?p=1890&SearchType=ECatand I also had the tranny (C4) rebuilt using TCI Master rebuild kit and very pleased with the results.

Do yourself a favor and call Jim Paquet at JPT in Mich. Twice the quality as the BIG NAME Generic convertor's and customer service that's unmatched.... Price wise cheaper!!!! I've been running a 10" 4500 convertor from him on the street and at the track for 7+ years... Don't believe me????? Tony, please be aware that most big name converters do not actually stall at the speed they are listed at. Many factors come into play when an actual stall speed is determined. I bought 2 different TCI units and neither of them stalled at anywhere near the advertised level behind my 351c. Something in the 2500-3000 range would work well for you and once again, you get what you pay for in trannys and converters...
