what the speed-o only goes to 120 what is your car a six banger lol joking looks great but in 66 the stock one was 140 why did you not get the 160 speed-o..I reaaly do like your set up though. I guess you just want to see if you could reach 20 twice right! Bruce

Very nice and interesting. I tore into my dash last night to make my Autometer (AM) fuel gauge work, my left in dash turn indicator and the lights in my (AM) temp, amp and B&M shifter.

those do look nice. How much did it set you back total? I might consider those later down the road.------------------ 66 coupe 289 C4 auto "someone who knows how will always have a job working for someone who knows why" http://webpages.charter.net/adragon8u/mystang

Thanks guys quote: Originally posted by N266fords: what the speed-o only goes to 120
lol, I know, the 160 mph was backordered and it would have been in my hands in 4 weeks! and I figure the Mustang will almost never see 100 mph, nevermind 160. quote: Originally posted by HHStang: my left in dash turn indicator and the lights in my (AM) temp, amp and B&M shifter
yeah, I haven't bothered to hook up my turn signal lights yet ... gotta engineer something other than those original cardboard tubes. that's a project for another day. The green/black wire is the hot wire linked to the ignition. If you want to vary the dash light intensity (via using the headlight resistor) I believe it is the pink/blue wire -> the one that plugs into the "I" female terminal on the harness. quote: Originally posted by Fastymz:

thanks Ernie (I blatantly copied you ...) The hardest part was actually drilling the holes with the forstner, everything else was easy. quote: Originally posted by adragon8u: those do look nice. How much did it set you back total?
yeah, like I said, its the first time I can see that oil is @ 50 psi, h2o @ 180, and volts charging @ 14, which seem like good numbers ... I'll edit my post later and give you a ballpark cost.
