I am in the process of aquiring a completely redone Versailles rear with disc brakes. I guess this is pretty much a bolt on. My Question for you guys is: Can I use the Versailles Fronts? Anything I should know about? My car is currently Drum/Drum (NON- Power). I will be getting them with the spindles. Any help with this is greatly appreciated.

Welcome to M&M

I've not done the Versailles swap myself, so I can't help much
However, I think there's a bunch of stuff in archives (the 'Hop To' box on the lower-right of the screen) on the topic. You can also try doing a search using 'Versailles', you're bound to find a ton of stuff. A bunch of guys here have done this swap, so they'll likely be along shortly to share

Welcome to M&M!

They should be pretty much the same as Granada/Monach brakes, and if so, this will really help you:

I did the rear from a Granada and the only problem with a low car is that it seemed about 1/2inch off center and would rub.I know of plenty who have stock ride height with no problem. The front Ive heard the lower ball joint is a problem. The hole in spindle is too big for ball joint.Just check part #s of Granada and Versailles lower ball joint. If both same no problem.

This is great! Keep it coming guys. What are the options on this ball joint problem with the Versailles Fronts? I read you can use a spacer, or ???. Thanks

So guys, should I buy the Versailles front brakes, or go with something like a 70 Mustang 11" setup?

I bought SSBC conversion kit and it came complete w/ dual master cyl.,proportioning valve and I upgraded to Turbo Slot rotors and have been very happy.Been on car for 5yrs.with no problems, and I road race so brakes are very important. If you dont drive it every day older set-ups tend to freeze up piston in caliper where as stainless does not.

I think the versailles front brakes have a larger tie rod hole than the standard mustang/granada.
I'm sure someone makes an adaptor or sells a correct tie rod end....
