It looks home made from a stock air cleaner base to me.------------------ Alex Denysenko Co-Administrator and Moderator NHRA/IHRA/SRA member and licensed Superstock driver MCA member# 53321 NHRA and IHRA SS/LA National Record Holder '00,'01,'02,&'03 Fleet of FoMoCo products including 88 ASC McLaren Mustang #28 Professional Manwhore The Barry of BarrysGrrl Quote #1: "I never met a magazine mechanic I liked." thanks I'm sure your right on about being a custom setup. Looks nice with the K&N Xstream, simple cold air intake for those extra horses. This coupe was still for sale about a week ago if anyone is interested.Mach69

It looks like one of those aluminum air cleaner bases from a mid-seventies-mid-eighties Fords. ------------------ '70 Mustang Mach 1 - '72 Mustang Sprint - '94 F-150 Please remember our sponsors, Mustangs Plus, NPD, Osborn Reproductions, MyFordPerformance.com, and FordRamAir.com

What type of gasket material do you think he used on the edge of the base -- maybe some sort of weatherstrip? I think it looks great! Ryan
