As Mike posted over in Sam's, he has a chance to pick up a '65 Galaxie with a 352 and a 4bbl sittin on her.The question is, what are the 352 based off of and what kind of power and reliability issues, if any, are there with these motors??? I know they came in the early T-Birds but I really have no info on them personally -- so how about it gang??? have a good one ------------------ CrAzY Dan~ 1965 Coupe "BeeBop" 200ci Straight Six, T-5, Cliffy 6-2 header, and some other goodies :)https://mustangsandmore.com//ubb/TheIceman.html July of 2000 pics http://www.motorcities.com/contents/01GF9250033520.html July of 2001 pics http://kingroyale.50megs.com/ Newest Pics! It's from the FE big block family, like the 360/390/406/428 engines. It has a 4.00" bore.------------------ '70 Mustang Mach 1 - '72 Mustang Sprint - '94 F-150 Please remember our sponsors, Mustangs Plus, NPD, Osborn Reproductions, MyFordPerformance.com, and FordRamAir.com

Lotta iron, little cubes... plus the nuisances and headaches FE's seem to have when building (so I'm told, I have no experience with working on one other than changing plugs and replacing a carb). IMHO: Lots more trouble and expense than it's worth; unless it's the original engine in a restoration, or you gotta "dare to be different" (and then you're still better off with a 390).------------------ "My doctor says I have a malformed public duty gland and a natural deficiency in moral fiber; and that I am, therefore, excused from saving universes." ... Sounds like a fun car to me.I dont know much about those motors. How hard would it be to get a 390 in it.If the 352 ever stopped running------------------ SCOOP oddly obsessed with big scoops on little Mustangs 2.26 60'S 14.9 @ 90.86MPH 65 coupe,351w,C4,Big Boss 429 hood scoop,8"3.40 TracLoc,Cragar SS,Black Suede. https://mustangsandmore.com/ubb/Fastymz.html

390 is to a 352 like a 302 is to a 289. The interchange perfectly.------------------ Alex Denysenko Co-Administrator and Moderator NHRA/IHRA/SRA member and licensed Superstock driver MCA member# 53321 NHRA and IHRA SS/LA National Record Holder '00,'01,'02,&'03 Fleet of FoMoCo products including 88 ASC McLaren Mustang #28 Professional Manwhore The Barry of BarrysGrrl Quote #1: "I never met a magazine mechanic I liked." Then I'd say go for it.
