How big a deal would it be to retro-fit a late 67, 68 collapsible 2-piece steering column and box to my '65? What about the column wiring connectivity to the main harness? Are the one-piece steering shafts on the early cars really considered to be a safety harzard? thanks, Todd.[This message has been edited by ToddStyles (edited 12-28-2002).]

It's a metal spear aimed at your chest, so I'd say so... You can do anything with enough time and money. ------------------ '70 Mustang Mach 1 - '72 Mustang Sprint - '94 F-150 Be sure to remember our sponsors, Mustangs Plus, NPD, and Osborn Reproductions.

Excellent! It took about 45 minutes, but I went through my old magazines in the garage and found that issue. Looks like it will work with a little effort. thanks again, Todd
