Found a guy who will build me a 8" traction lok with my choice of gear ratio for $399 plus shipping (complete pumpkin ready to drop in). Correct me if I'm wrong, please, because it sounds like a hell of a deal to me. I'm thinking either 3.40 or 3.55 as a good compromise for street use.

Price is very good. 3.80 gears would be a better choice in my oppinion. ![](https://mustangsandmore.com/ubb/wink.gif) ------------------ Alex Denysenko Co-Administrator and Moderator NHRA/IHRA/SRA member and licensed Superstock driver MCA member# 53321 NHRA and IHRA SS/LA National Record Holder '00, '01, & '02 Fleet of FoMoCo products including 88 ASC McLaren Mustang #28 Professional Manwhore The Barry of BarrysGrrl Quote #1: "I never met a magazine mechanic I liked." Heh heh. This makes me feel good. I got the buddy discount on a trac-loc diff from a coworker. I haven't picked it up yet, so I don't know the exact gear ratio, but I know it's 3.55 or better. I paid $80 and I know the trac-loc is still in good shape as well. ![](https://mustangsandmore.com/ubb/biggrin.gif)
