Its wet outside today If you had asked yesterday maybe I could have managed something for ya. I smoked my tyres a week ago for a laugh, now my friend who used to own a 66 with a 289, thinks i dont really have a 289. I left the company parking lot making clouds, he said he couldnt see the car leave, just lots of smoke! He said I quote "I used to have a 66 with a 289, but it couldnt do anything like that"

Is anybody interested in a real easy way to get some excellent 'smoky-burnout' photos of thier car? No matter how 'tall' the rear gears, or gutless the drivetrain, I got the real deal.AND, it won't use up your tire tread either! How can that be? I got the secret from Chuck Picerni(Hollywood stunt driver) years ago. But I'll tell ya, he swore me to secrecy. And no, it doesn't involve bleach.------------------

Actually, the trick is pretty simple. Soak your tires in WD-40.It sticks to the tires, plus they look like they were just armor-alled! You can drive several miles(dry pavement), and as long as you don't 'stick your foot in it', the oil will stay on the tires. When your'e ready, just punch it, and the slippery oil will let just about any underpowered car spin its tires. My buddy used to do it in his '67 Beetle! The best part is that when the oil heats up, its what burns and makes the smoke, not the tires! Plus the smoke is real thick and white. So there, thats my big secret. Have fun!! ------------------
