Thank you very much for excellent products. I have ordered from you only 2x so far, but it has been an excellent experience. All the sales people I talked to in the NC office were very helpful.

If you will note this post, https://mustangsandmore.com/ubb/Forum1/HTML/007781.html , you will see some of the satisfaction that I have received by ordering from NPD. Every part on my measley 2 orders has been PERFECT!

Thanks again for the great service and keep up the good work!

Thanks Jeremy! But that "perfect" word..... that's alot of pressure to live up to! We're not perfect, we just try to be. Trust me, every once in awhile we goof, every once in awhile the only reproduction on the market for a certain item isn't all that slick (but it's all there is, so we carry it in the spirit of "something is better than nothing in some cases". Then again, there's a bunch of stuff I just refuse to sell). But hopefully our overall mix of quality, in-stock inventory and service will continue to exceed your expectations.

I live about 20 minutes from a NPD store.
I have had a few crappy chineese parts but by and lard NPD is great.
If something is not up to par they will take it back. What more can you ask for.
In fact I bought a pair of bumpers tthere a couple of years ago. The sales guy says "lets look at these before you go."
One had a flaw and I got another bumper. Good service all the way around.
IMHO NPD is at the top of the food chain for resto parts houses. You can't blame a vendor for carrying chineese stuff when there is no other alternative.

I've ordered from NPD several times myself. The biggest ticket item was new seat upholstry and seat foam. The NC store was out of stock, but they got it for me from the Florida store. Everything's been great and the order-takers very pleasant and helpful.

How about opening a Virginia Beach NPD? No, that would be too dangerous to my wallet

I think Rick wants to open a Saco, Maine store next...

I could probably keep the store open all on my own!

Thanks guys. Sorry, can't help on a '63 Buick. Time for your brother to discover Hemmings Motor News, www.hemmings.com . There are plenty of Buick parts and service vendors advertised in there. He'll likely need to make alot of phone calls and do some "networking" in Buick circles.
