Don wanted me to post these pics for him, showing the progress with the engine compartment: "It's amazing how much detail work went into the motor compartment... All the wiring is rerouted under the fenders... Lots of holes have been welded and smooth over... All bolts in the compartment are stainless and the fender bolts have all been smooth and polished... I did all the powder coating... It's reall fun to do... Especially at someone else shop so you can make their place a mess... The old Cobra Air Cleaner was always so dull and grey... I would never use it... Shined up pretty well..." Looks great, Don! ------------------ All Fords since 1977!

Nice job. It looks great. I was thinking of routing my wiring under the fenders but that is too much work for me

Very nice big D.What componants did you use for your serpentine belt setup? Its obviously not a reverse rotation water pump and no belt tensioner, just the alternator.Just the way it should be.

Thanks for the positive comments... It's been quite the experience redoing my entire car... It started out with the 302 and T5 conversion and has worked into a complete detail and paint job w/Ghost Flames...One of the best things for the $$$ was using SS Bolts... Compared to the costs of other add-ons they are cheap... We sanded the heads smooth and polished them ourselves... I did order a SS bolt kit from Summit... It was a joke... Just go to a shop that sells bulk and buy what you need,,, you'll be suprised how affordable they are... Actually the Serpentine System was put together by a buddy in Idaho... He did it with spare parts and pulleys at his shop... Running the wires under the fenders is easy,,, you can tap a hole just below the heater and take all the wires out from there... Don
