Im just coming up with curiosity questions here -- my bro is building up a separate '90 5.0 block to replace the relatively stock one in his '89.After he does the swap, we will obviously have a stock '89 302 to spare -- I was wondering, how would someone go about converting the '89 302 from EFI to carbed....just changing the intake would do it, correct??? Im just curious, thats all have a good one ------------------ Dan~ 1965 Coupe "BeeBop" 200ci Straight "6"~2.77 3-spd w/Hurst Shifter~Pertronix Elec. From an engine standpoint, yep. Just change the intake manifold.

you also need to get a non FI distributor, & install a steel dist gear.Don`t forget that Ford also changed the engines counterbalance at the flywheel too.
