I'm looking to add some ponies to my 69 Mach 351w 2bbl and would like to know if the heads are the same as 351w 4bbl heads ? If not, What can I do to add an after market intake and 4bbl ?
Any suggestions welcomed
THANX

The C90E (69' 351W 4bbl heads) are identical to the D0OE (70' 2bbl heads).

The later 351W heads have smaller ports/and/or valves and larger combustion chambers than the earlier heads.

But, all the 69-70 castings are the same.

Good Luck!

Welcome to M&M

Yep, the heads are the same (but Mike already told you that). All you need is an aftermarket intake and it will bolt right on.

Thankyou everybody for your replies and giving me the answer I was hoping for.
I found this '69 Mach that had been parked in a backyard in a small Kansas town for the last 14yrs. All org. 97k, A/C, FMX, cruise, fold down rear seat - all fact. No add-on.
Been working on daily last 4 mo - some minor body n rust, painted last week. Just brakes and a few odds-n-ends to get on road.
I like my girlfriend, but I love this car !
Thanx Again
