Contrary to the Eastwood ad at the top of this website, there doesn't seem to be any $5.00 shipping from them. I ordered some things from Eastwood, and I used the link at the top of the Mustangs and More web page. According to the Eastwood website, the shipping for my order came to $8.95, and that was the cheapest rate I could get.I called Eastwood to see if I had done something wrong, or if there was a mistake somewhere. They had no clue at all that there was ANY kind of $5 shipping...I even spoke to a customer service supervisor! They did give me the $5 shipping, but the supervisor had to adjust my rate manually, and she told me that I had probably clicked on a "special rate" ad that was no longer valid. What gives???  Don't get me wrong; I don't mean to make dealing with one of our valued sponsers seem anything less than satisfactory. I think Eastwood is an honest company, but there seems to be a mix-up somewhere, and I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this. (P.S.: Is there something on the Eastwood website that explains the rules about the $5 shipping? I couldn't find ANY mention of the $5 shipping at all.) ------------------

You know, I'm coming to the conclusion that Eastwood is weird. The banner you see above is one of the types that Eastwood themselves change. They put on different banners from time to time at their end somehow. Also, I've gotten emails from Eastwood highlighting the $5 shipping, so I can't understand how they didn't know anything about it... I didn't find anything on their web site about $5 shipping, but I just now went to
their affiliate web site, and all the banners they have to pick from offer $5 shipping. Sorry you had that hassle, Andy, but thanks for ordering through our link and helping M&M. ------------------

By having the link to Eastwood, we're an 'affiliated site' meaning that we get a commission of items bought through our link. The affiliate web site is where we {M&M} log in and check sales records, change links, and other stuff like that. ------------------
