How big are the exhaust outlet on a 65 gt rear valance. I wnat to use on on my car but want to use a 2-1/4" chrome tip tail pipe instead of the exhaust tumpets. Any one else done this. Thanks

I have used 2 and 1/2 slash cut chrome tail pipes in the past using the trim rings. Much cooler than the funky trumpets.

I have 3" rolled edge bevel cut chrome tips. The original venetian blind trumpets sounded like s**t and are restrictive. The next owner will find them in the trunk. I think those tips are visible on my photo page.

Thanks, I like the exhaust coming out of the valance panel but don't want to restrict it with those trumpets. Anyone got a picture of this. Also, mellowyellow where is your photo page
