If I'm running a 351W with a 750 carb to 6,500 RPM, what PSI fuel pump (mechanical) do I need, and will the stock fuel line be adequate?
Thanks,
Dave

An aftermarket mechanical pump with stock fuel line will be fine at your power level. When you get down to the twelves, you can still use the stock line with a Holley red pump mounted back by the tank. 5-6 psi is plenty.

Dave I used the carter pump and went to 3/8 fuel line.I like it better then the stock one from Napa.I swear it made some difference.I know its all in my mind, but I think it made a difference and, thats all that matters.
I'm sure Steve's right he's usally right.

I'm currently using a new Carter fuel pump but it is only 4psi. Is that enough for 13 second passes?
