Ed, I can not match up the intake part number in the Ford Parts Interchange Manual. I can come close on a couple of manifolds, C9OZ9424B, used on 1969 351W four-barrels. Used in 1969 only. C9OZ9424D, used on '65 - '68 GT350 Mustangs with either 289 or 302. I will have to do some more research this evening.Dave & Terri ------------------ Poison Ivy '65 Fastback Modified 289 4V, C-4 w/shift kit, dual exhaust, styled steel wheels, 2.80:1 limited slip rear, rally pac, A/C

When there is a "x" in the part number that means experimental or racing only. You would only find this in an old Muscle Parts Catolog. I don't have one but maybe someone else does. ANY HELP ???? The guy that i got it from said it was from shelby can am cars, is this likely or maybe just a pipe dream( I really need an income supplement), I would assume that if this is a factory piece of a can am racer it would be worth a very good dollar(to the right person of course)------------------ Ed Heart mods:Trick High flow titanium valve ported & polished Listen close: "tic tic tic" No folks thats not a noisy lifter thats the sound of big flow! 1984 5.0L LX Conv 3600 lbs 13.41 at 101.89 SIR http://ragtopjr.hypermart.net/ http://ragtop-racing.stangnet.com/ http://mbmustangs.tripod.com/index.htm

This is a "ford muscle parts" intake. Here are a couple of threads that discuss it. They generally bring around $200 if it's in good condition... no cracks or repairs. I've had one on my 289 since 1980 and bought a spare a few month ago for $175. Todd.------------------ 1965 2+2 GT, A-code 289 w/351 heads, Autolite 4100 on a C9OX intake. T-5, 9" Versailles w/4.11 t-lock.
