I plan on putting my 70 Bos on jack stands
while I do some work over the winter.
Any recommendations on the placement of
the stands?

Depends on what kind of work your going to do. I like to put mine under the rear end and up under the torqe boxes by the frame.

My plan is to remove the gas tank detail
the trunk by removing the undercoating
and repairing the surface rust.
If that goes well - I would like to
do the same on the rear half of the car.

I am very fortunate in that I see no rust
holes but rather lots of surface rust.

I also want to remove the trans and have
it serviced.
