Have any of you guys ever used the blueprinted power steering control valve?
Does it reduce some of the "floaty" feel?
Is it worth the cost?

Yes we have installed one that a customer brought us for his car. I felt NO, ZERO, NONE, appreciable difference from a quality (Eaton, Cardone, Edelman, etc.) rebuilt. I do not think that it is worth the additional expense.

Thanks for the reply Alex.
I would hate to spend double for a "Bluepreinted" control valve and have it be no better than a pep boys unit....

Your welcome, although some of the "PEP BOYS" rebuilt stuff that I have seen is sub par so be careful.

Just what is allegedy done to blueprint a control valve. Not being smart*** but do they machine the spool or what. Years ago, a machine shop here made new spools and a local shop rebuilt the valve. They work great.
