I have tried alot of venders an NPD is my top pick.I've purchased thousands of dollars of parts from them over a few years. The service is great and if I can buy it from them I will. Some venders may be a few dollars less but NPD's service is worth the extra buck.I learned the hard way.

I have also bought many parts from NPD. Only one return which they took care of. They even did some price matching when another company had parts advertised for less. Great Company!!------------------ Bob Member#39 71 J code 429 SCJ-R Sportsroof C6 4:11

I would rate NPD as one of the top vendors of Mustang Parts. The first catalog I pick up when I need something. Always delivers within 2 days. Mike

In a situation like what you mentioned, happens, the owner{s} of that company want to know and are entitled to know. It is not a matter of "ratting someone out" but is the right thing to do. A couple of years ago, I called a co. that also sells Camaro parts. The guy let me know that HE drove a Camaro and didn't know the answer to my question. His demeanor was patronizing so I politely asked to speak to the person in charge. Politely, I stated my case and I got service. He thanked me for calling it to their attention. As far as NPD, I always ask for Logan in the Gainsville store. He's great! Also, if a person gives bend over backward service, let the owner know! There isn't one of us that doesn't like that!

Great experience with them. One problem was the packing of an order. The box was held together with 3 pieces of tape and they sent an extra master body assembly kit (billed me for it too). Other than that I will use them again. I did mention M&M and the guy I spoke to was clueless. What exactly is our affiliation with them? Do M&M members get any discounts?
