If the front axle and both rear axles are drive axles, it would be a 6x6. The actual wheel count doesn't count when talking about drive configurations.

And, no, I've nevr seen one like this.

Yes I have seen some. The T-Rex (Dodge 6x6) was in a mag a few years back...
