I'm in the process of building a 408W for my 83 F250 4X4. It will have GT40P heads, shorty headers, rpm air gap intake, projection 700cfm tbi,9:1 cr,u s gear over drive, 33" tires, cruise at 60mph @ 2000-2200. I'm looking for a good cam that has good low-mid range torque and good gas mileage. Any suggestions?
Thanks
Ricky Lynn

Your best bet would be to call one of those cam company's info lines. They would give you the best advice. I would think that you want to maintain decent engine vaccuum to run brakes etc.
