A friend of mine wants a cheap way to raise/level the front of his 97 Ranger 4x4 & is wondering if the coil springs from the 150's are same size round as his ranger? I assumed they would be larger, but he was told differently, any ideas?

Almost all Ford coils are the same (62-65 Fairlane being the glaring exception) It is mostly a matter of whether the F150 coils are any taller. Certainly they'll be stiffer.
