Recently, I got a killer deal on a 91 F-150 XLT Lariat Regular Cab 4x2 with the 302 and only 45,000 on the odometer (I know the entire history of the truck and it is 45k original miles, not 145 or 245). It still has the stock exhaust and I was thinking about installing duals on it. Who all has done this to their trucks, what mufflers did you use and how much of a difference did it make to your truck's power, fuel economy (yeah right) and sound?

I still have the original exhaust on my truck. For a truck in the salt belt that is 10 years old, that is a surprise! I will go to duals when it falls off. I like the sound of the Dynomax mufflers on my car,so I may go with them. I'll probably just split it after the cat.

i have a 94 F150 4wd, when the stock muffler rusted out, i went and picked up a 40 series deltaflow Flowmaster, 3", and had a single piece of 3 ran cat-back with the flowmaster, pipe was bent to copy the stock piece, sounds great, and doesnt get annoying.
