What should the oil pressure be at an Idle?
My fathers V-6 only has about 18-20 and light is starting to blink on once in a while.

I couldn't tell you. If it's any consolation,the old Buick V6's got away with 6-8 psi. Make sure you run the right grade oil in these newer engines,as that will affect them.
