What all would need to be changed to use 5.0 HO E7 heads on a 68 bronco 289 with flat tappet hydraulic lifters & rail rocker arms? Would this even be worth the bother in your opinion for a 99% street vehicle. It has a stock rebuilt short block,an Edelbrock 289 Performer intake, 600 holley, Edelbrock Performer cam 204/214 487 lift, duals on stock manifolds, 350 gears & factory 3 speed. Thanks for the help

I don't think you would gain much with those heads. Youn would have to close up the ports on the back of the heads from the airpump. I think a set of headers would do more for you.
