I'm looking at this truck to use as a tow vehicle. Any comments on this year injected 460?

I had a 92 460/auto F250 4x4 supercab and it was great for towwing. I have a 23ft travel trailer and live in a valley so when ever I took it out of town I had to pull it over a mountain pass. Lots of power, sometimes I would pass cars going up the hills. It got good gas mileage on the highway but was brutal, around town.
