thanks steve!! i stopped by the shop yesterday to see the progress and was very excited to see they had gotten the body-prep completed and some of the paint sprayed! YAY!!! the rear-end will be changed, the new springs dropped in and the rear-window glass will be installed either today or tomorrow..... the tech told me if it isnt ready friday, it will be ready the first of next week!!! i am sooooooo excited!!!! when she is ready i will drive her to brother dave's and he will set-up my brand spankin' new 4.10 and THEN i WILL be ready ready ready to vroooom vroooom vroooom!!! i am thinking about naming her "REDYGRRL" or maybe simply "READYRED" heh heh.... reckon i had better get moving on that decision and be ready to order her vanity tag!!! teeehehehehheheheeeeee kk

My, there seem to be an outbreak of red Lightnings around here! kk it's going to be cool to have a Lightning as a daily driver. teeeheheheeee scoopie.... we ordered from jegs..... it was cheeeeep and easy! you can do it!!!! you can do it!!!! baby brother dave will be setting up the gear and tracloc for me as soon as i drive her outta the frame shop and to his house! i called him last nite and put him on stand-by!! heh heh dang .....i am soooooooo excited!! kk

stopped by the frame shop ~toady~ the bed box is painted, lightning logo'd and looking fantastic! the frame-boys discovered a leak in a brake line when they bled the brakes after putting in the rear assembly.....but it shouldnt be a big deal...... we stopped by the ford-boys shop around the corner to ask about it and they said "easy fix, no biggie" when i get home, i will send some pics for steve to post here! now i gotta decide on vanity tags!! THAT is important!! heh heh kk
