My dad has an '80 F-250 2 wheel drive the 300 I-6 gave up so he is rebuilding a 302 out of an 84? t-bird will the double hump oil pan fit in the truck? what flywheel does he need to use the orignial 4-speed (has low! frist gear) can he use the old clutch it still looks good.

Yes the T-bird pan will fit.

You'll need a 164 tooth flywheel.

The clutch will work. You will need the V8 engine mount perches from a truck though.
