Going to help a friend convert his truck to rear disks. This a cherry (orignal owner) 69 model Ford F350 ramp truck. It's used to haul his race car. 390 powered, but we have a new 410 (w 427 heads) on the engine stand ready to go in along with a 5 speed OD from a 1 ton dodge truck. The 5 speed is an NV4500 and uses an adapter plate to bolt to the original 4 speed bellhousing.
We've replaced the front spindles and drums with a disk setup from an early 70's F350. We want to put disks on the rear also.
The rearend is a dual rear wheel Dana 60. Does anyone know of any trucks that might have disks we could swap over? Any aftermarket kits available? All the new F-350 trucks have rear disks, but they use a Dana 80 for the dually and the hubs take different wheels. (lug located wheels vs hub located wheels).
Thanks,
David Cole
