 I'm going to assume it's a pretty straightforward change, but, since I have not messed with anyhing with a serpentine belt before, I'm going to ask anyways;How hard is it to change the water pump on a '93 F150? After 179K miles, the water pump on my Lightning has begun to leak out the bottom hole in the snout of the pump.  [This message has been edited by kid vishus (edited 08-08-2003).]

 Well, I got the leaking pump off. I hope the new one goes on as easy as that one came off.

 Nevermind, I'm done. It wasn't too bad of a job.    It would have been a little easier if the motor wouldn't have been so danged hot when I started working on it.

    The only problems I have doing waterpumups on Windsors are the 3 bolts in the timing cover snapping off. When it happens,you might as well pull the cover off to fix it. All else is straightforward Ford V8.
