Has anyone here ever tackled this? I'm going to swap the front I-beams from my 77 to the 68 to gain power front disc breaks. I've read up on it, but wondered if anyone here has any first hand experience with this project.

Have you looked on www.ford-trucks.com ? There's a forum for 67-72s and an article about it. Let me know how it works out. I'd like to do the same thing on my 1967 F100.
