I really need to get my 70 F250 crewcab finished. Once i get the 545 done for the cyclone the 429CJ with be put in the truck. Just need more time and more money http://photos.yahoo.com/bc/firebird70cyclone/lst?.dir=/cars+and+stuff&.src=ph&.done=http%3a//photos.yahoo.com/bc/firebird70cyclone/vwp%3f.dir=/cars%2band%2bstuff%26.dnm=70%2bcrewca b%2bF250.jpg%26.src=ph&.view=t ------------------ 70 cyclone spoiler 429CJ 99 F250SD 4X4 PSD 89 SHO 3.0L 95 SHO 3.2L 70 F250 crewcab 360 4sp 80 Mustang 302 79 Jeep Grand Wagoneer 94 Firebird Formula V8(LT1)

thanks its amazing how far the trucks have come. you can see my 99 F250 superduty in the background in one of the pics. the supercab superduty seems like it has 3 times the cab room than the old 70 crewcab.I have been thinking about converting the 70 to a 4x4 since i have lots of parts but the simple fact the frame widths are different between 2 and 4 wd it makes it harder than it is probably worth. It would be nice if my dana 50 IFS setup would bolt into the twin I-beam locations... ------------------ 70 cyclone spoiler 429CJ 99 F250SD 4X4 PSD 89 SHO 3.0L 95 SHO 3.2L 70 F250 crewcab 360 4sp 80 Mustang 302 79 Jeep Grand Wagoneer 94 Firebird Formula V8(LT1)

70Spoiler, do something wild, slam it(the 70 crew cab) on the ground with a good riding suspension. I've only seen one of those trucks and as soon as I saw it my mind raced. wouldn't be cool to pull into a truck event in something nobody has. And the thing is that that truck is not ugly, Air ride on all 4 corners, 17s or 18s nice paint, small block with air and ps, man that would be one nice truck.

I was thinking about that too..but big blocks only for me I will have the 429CJ out of the Cyclone so I am set there once the 545 is done. Stock, lowered, or 4x4 you just don't see that year of truck around thats for sure.------------------ 70 cyclone spoiler 429CJ 99 F250SD 4X4 PSD 89 SHO 3.0L 95 SHO 3.2L 70 F250 crewcab 360 4sp 80 Mustang 302 79 Jeep Grand Wagoneer 94 Firebird Formula V8(LT1)

I believe that somebody has done a lot of work on 'er....and it shows! VERY NICE! I don't think that is the OE steering column, is it? I don't ever recall seeing one with a padded center button. It seems to sit pretty low, especially in the rear....it must be lowered, I assume? Dual-reservoir master cylinder, nice & safe. Seat belts too, also smart. Must be a FE, maybe a 390 or 428? Nice exhaust manifolds! came off of what? I'm not pickin at it,,,, just my opinions and observations. Ryan

Personally, I think with the 429CJ and some cleaning up, it would make one HE!!VA tow truck for the Cyclone!! Ryan
