I test drove a new 02 Ranger FX4 last Saturday. Its a pretty cool little truck. It has a 4.0 OHC motor, 5 speed and 4.10 gears. The 31" tall tires pretty much kill the gear. I'm thinking about trading my F150 and this looks like a possibility.Anyone have any experience with one of these? ------------------ 98 F150 Ext. The company I work for has quite a few Rangers. The one we use right now has 190,000 miles on it and still runs great. The whole truck is in pretty good shape. I think it is a 96. They must hold up pretty well, because some of the guys in the company aren't the most "gentle" drivers.

I am on my second Ranger, my first was a 96 which had 86,000 miles when I wrecked it. (RIP) VERY reliable truck. Now I own a 2000 Ranger w/25,000 miles, 4.0 V-6 auto, p/w, p/l, cruise, tilt wheel, 4X4 off road package, extended cab 4 door, air, am/fm cd. Nice truck, would definatlr recomend a Ranger. ------------------ Mike & Robin 65 Mustang Fastback 69 Mustang Coupe 87 LTD CV 99 Explorer Sport 00 Ranger XLT Extd Cab M&M #- 890 MCA #- 4549 www.mike65.mustangsandmore.ws
