I found a place that sells a bushing kit for the front end, but they list a 2, 4, and 7 degree offset for the C-bushings on the 4x4 (78 F-150). My truck has some lift to it, nothing I can tell up front, but in the back there are 3 or 4 inch blocks between the axle and springs. I've had the rear apart and these lift blocks have Ford cast in them and a Ford part number. Any ideas as to what degree offset I need?

It sounds like you have a close to stock 4x4,so I would say a 4 degree C-bushing. The 7 is for a highly lifted truck. Get the poly ones, the rubber ones wear out quicker, and change the caster setting when they do.

Yeah, that's the problem I have now, the truck wanders all over the place, won't hold the alignment. I mean, its not uncontrollable, just annoying.
