94 150 2WD, dual tank w/5.0Gas from rear tank flows forward to front tank, even when truck is off. Someone told me there is an issue with the check valves wearing out in to front fuel pump that causes this... Any one know anything about this??? Thanks, Brian

Yes, there's a recall on this:SEP 93 Cross Tank Fuel Flow Condition - Recall 93S68 Kid had this problem with his '93 Lightning: quote: Originally posted by kid vishus: The switch that seperates the two tanks is bad. And supposedly it will start returning fuel from one tank to the other and overflow it, possibly causing a fire. The switch gets corroded or something. They kept my recall sheet when I went in and set up the appt., and I cant remember the technical terms it used.

Yes, the '92 was included in the recall. I had a 92 that I bought new. Sold it last week, but I remember getting the recall notice several years ago.Later, David Cole
