Anybody know what this car might be worth? I haven・t looked at it but it・s not to far from me. This is what the seller wrote.here are a couple of pics I have of the Galaxie on my comp. Its very solid. It is from California. Its been off the road and in dry storage since 1991. Given that you are close by, you should come take a look at it. The car is located in my Aunt's garage in Springfield, New Jersey. I'd like to get $1500 cash for it - but I'm always willing to talk a trade - just let me know what you have that you want to get rid of. This Galaxie would be an easy project - floors and frames are absolutely SOLID as a rock and these cars are somewhat prone to bad frame rot. There is only minor body rust in the lower section of the rear quarters but the TRUNK FLOOR is SOLID. With the weld on lower quarter patches you'd be in business with this car. There is some corrosion on the roof because it had a vinyl top from the factory. The interior is REAL nice and original. Its a 390 Auto. I have four speed conversion parts for it and super comp FE headers too. If you'd be interested in those parts we could work something out. I have more parts that I purchased for the restoration as well like a really nice original dash pad - (these suckers are 500.00+ from "Just Dashes"). I basically have everything you need to fix the car and more. We'll work out a deal - let's talk. These pictures were also sent to me. ------------------ Ed S. 68 S-code FB GT 4spd(now C6)/3.25 PS PDB 68 J-code(now 289) Cp Sprint"B" C4/3L00-9" PDB PS AC Bla-Bla-Bla 99 F150 XLT Ext/cab, 4X4, 5.4L, 3L55

I'll tell 'ya... It would surely be worth $1500 to me...I would even buy the 4/S changeover. Thay are beautiful cars once completed. Does it have air?Oh...The roof corrosion. Make sure it isn't through or thin (needle spots) or that will be big bucks having it repaired. ------------------ I am looking for information concerning factory performance/aftermarket speed parts (1958/1960) used on the MEL (Mercury-Edsel-Lincoln) (Also Thunderbird 59/60) Engine Series (383-410-430-462) produced from 1958 thru 1968. This is what they posted in the ad that I answered.67 Galaxie 500 two door fastback. Its from the west coast but currently in New Jersey. It's been garaged and off the road since 1991. The car is pretty solid and would be an easy fix. Its got a 390/auto in it. It's blue with a really nice white bench seat interior. The car is complete and original. I don't think it has air but then they don't mention any options other than the 390 and the auto trans. Looks like something working just behind the windshield molding on the roof! It's in Morris County New Jersey, Springfield I think.
