Ok, let's see?I ran a calculator to determin Rear wheel horse power on my galaxie. estamated wieght of 3800# Know 1/4 trap speed 127mph Calculator came up with 607 rear wheel horse power. What would then be the horse power at the flywheel? 26 to go................... ------------------

According to my trusty Moroso power-speed calculator, a 3800lb car running 127 MPH is a hair over 600HP. However, my experiances with this calculator show this to be flywheel HP from a HONEST engine Dyno.Of course this assuming a car that works well all the way down the track.------------------

Then at this point it would be safe to say that the galaxie in question put's out at least 600+ Hp?20 to go steve............. ------------------
