Hi. Hope you can help, A friend has a '73 Lincoln Continental with a 460. The C-6 is in bad shape and he's been wondering if there's an AOD that fits on his engine.

I don't think there is a 385 series AOD case, but I'll check with JPT for sure tomorrow.

How about a 90`s Ford pickup with a 460? They had an overdrive, I think they were called 4ALOD or something like that.

I am waiting for a call back from JPT.
The only auto transmissions I have seen behind 460's in trucks are C-6 and E40DE like in my own crew cab.
